Supervision

Clinical supervision is a professional relationship between the supervisor (me) and the supervisee (unlicensed therapist). I use a developmental model of supervision to identify your level of development as a therapist, your strengths and growth areas, and collaboratively set goals for learning. As a supervisor, I use three different roles: teacher, counselor, and consultant. I focus on your learning needs and personal growth, rather than my own agenda.

I have been a licensed psychologist in Tennessee for five years and I have over five years of training and experience as a clinical supervisor. I have supervised Masters and Doctoral-level students, as well as post-graduate therapists pursuing licensure.

I am currently available to provide supervision to:

  • Pre-doctoral psychology interns or practicum therapists
  • Post-doctoral psychologists
  • Post-graduate counselors pursuing LPC (75 of the required 150 supervision hours)

Fees are $60 per supervision hour, plus administration fees when necessary. Contact me to discuss your needs!
